Terms of service
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you must do so no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to receive a full refund or to reschedule your session. Cancellations done within 24 hours of your appointment will not receive a refund. Cancellations/rescheduling must be done in writing via email to kellycolettemedium@gmail.com. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment is considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be granted.
Kelly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your session at any time. Please provide both an email address and a phone number at which you can be reached in the event it becomes necessary for Kelly to cancel or reschedule your reading. If your reading is canceled or you do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
RECORDINGS:
Kelly records all readings and can provide you with a recording of your session upon request, at her discretion. Please note that these recordings are for your personal use only. Readings shall not be shared or used in public settings, on social media, or in any other manner unless explicitly agreed upon by both Kelly and recipient of the reading (you). You are also free to take notes during the reading.
