Preparing for Your reading
Be In A Quiet Place Free From Distractions
Please make sure you are in a quiet place, free from loud noises or distractions such as cell phones, children, or pets. Please refrain from exercising, eating, being in a moving car, being in a public place, etc. during your reading. Also, please refrain from any mind altering substances prior to or during your reading. Being attentive and fully present will improve the likelihood of a successful reading. Kindly ensure there no additional people in the room with you, as I may become aware of spirit communicators for that person during what is meant to be your reading time.
Come With An Open Mind And Heart
Your energy matters. Mediumship is a three-way energetic triangle of communication of the medium, your loved one, and you. Having an open heart and mind will help create the conditions necessary for a strong link and a successful reading. Harmony, love, and positivity all support Spirit communication. The more relaxed and open you can be, the more likely the communication will be successful.
There Is Nothing To Fear
I work from a place of love, and my reading room is a sanctuary for the sacred art of Spirit communication. I create a safe and supportive space for you during your reading. My intention is always that the greatest good be served from our time together, and that you receive what is most needed for you. Mediumship is sacred work. I take it very seriously and endeavor to uphold the highest ethical standards. If you do not wish to hear from a particular communicator who has come forward, simply let me know of your wish after they have stepped forward. Further, I do not engage in fear-based ideas, “stuck” Spirits, dark energy, attachments, and the like. I always set the intention that you feel uplifted, loved, and supported following the time you have spent within the healing energy of Spirit and your loved ones.
Be Open To Who May Come
Anyone you’ve had an energetic connection with, including those you may have only known for a short time or a long time ago, may make come forward. Sometimes, these communicators come forward first to “open the door” for the person you are hoping to hear from. Happily, the majority of the time, the person you are hoping to hear from will step forward sometime during the reading. While I can always attempt to bring through specific people, there are never any guarantees when working in this capacity. I can only promise that I will do my absolute best to make that connection for you if at all possible.
If the person you were hoping for does not step forward, please know this does not mean they are not there or that they do not wish to communicate with you. This can happen for a number of reasons. It may not be the right time for you to hear from this particular loved one or to receive their messages, you may have a need that is best addressed by another communicator, or another Spirit may have a greater need to communicate with you. It is also possible that I am not able to perceive a particular Spirit on any given day. All are possible and completely normal. Trust the process and the timing.
Be Open To What They May Talk About
As I follow Spirit’s lead and narrate to you what I am experiencing in the form of information, we go on the journey together. The communication unfolds in real time as we go forward. The communicator can talk about anything, regarding their life or yours, even if they may not have spoken about the topic in life. Once we pass to Spirit, we have a much greater perspective and understanding. Be flexible and open as your reading may not look or sound anything like you may have expected. There is beauty in the unexpected, and I always trust that Spirit knows what is most needed for you.
Don’t Feed The Medium
Your voice is an important part of the energetic connection and helps to empower the link and draw your loved ones near. However, please only answer with “yes,” “no,” “I don’t know,” or “I need more information.” Aside from minor clarifications, try not to add any details or information to your responses. This helps to maintain the flow of the communication as well as its integrity. As a Medium, it is my job to provide you with the evidence and messages from your loved ones, and I prefer Spirit to be the one bringing forth the information. Your loved ones know what they would like to say and the best way to get it across. There may be some pieces of information that may not make sense right away. Commonly, this information will make sense later after some processing time. There may be a few pieces that cannot be placed. This is normal and expected.
Asking Questions
Before our time is over, I will invite you to ask any questions you may have that have not already been answered during the reading. At the conclusion of the reading, I will invite you to share whatever it is you’d like me to know about the evidence and messages that came through during your reading. If desired, this is your time to talk with me about what is on your heart or mind, or simply to share your feelings about your loved one or the information that came through.
