To Book A Reading:

Please contact Kelly via email at kellycolettemedium@gmail.com to book your 30 minute Evidential Mediumship reading and to arrange payment. After your booking is confirmed and paid, a Zoom link will be sent.

Please do not to provide any personal details about yourself when booking, including any information about whom you wish to connect with in Spirit, or why you are seeking the reading.  

Scheduling Policies

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you must do so no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to receive a full refund or to reschedule your session.  Cancellations done within 24 hours of your appointment will not receive a refund. 

Cancellations/rescheduling must be done in writing via email to kellycolettemedium@gmail.com.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment is considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be granted.  

Kelly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your session at any time.   Please provide both an email address and a phone number at which you can be reached in the event it becomes necessary for Kelly to cancel or reschedule your reading. If your reading is canceled, or you do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.  

Payment Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment.  

Payment is in US Dollars and all readings are done locally in Eastern Standard Time (EST).  Please be sure to check your time zone when booking.

Zoom Information

All readings are done live via Zoom.  After payment in full, a Zoom link will be sent to the email address you provided. A reminder email will also be sent 24 hours prior to your session.  If you haven’t received the link within 24 hours of your booking please reach out to Kelly and she will re-send the link.  

Please be on time.  Please log on to your Zoom application at least 10 minutes prior to your reading to ensure you are properly connected with video and audio.
